hey there delilah

Firstly, would like to thank sei kuku no1 and no2 for inviting all of us over.. though i dint stay long hahas. :))
Yup, back to the main topic.
This song jus sound so sad, its very much like those sappy love songs whereby boy loves girl, girl loves boy, but somehow just can't be together due to several differences. The "feel" in fact, is very much like the classic ballet "Love Me - Colin Raye". Who knows this might just be the next love song of our generation hahas
Well, I dont know if i got the giz of the song right..
Its somehow like this..
Girl's in New York City studying, while Boy is waiting for her in their hometown ( which in this case not mentioned) Everytime, he will think of her wondering hows life on the other side..
So, afraid that the girl might be lonely in NYC and in order to remind the girl of them, he wrote this song.
Whenever shes lonely and misses him, play this song and she will be reminded of him.
Due to the advancement and progression of today's economy ( haha i exaggerated this part), they have several payments unsettled. Utility bills, handphone bills, insurance for housing and car, and of course allowances. Therefore, he wants to prove to the girl that he will give them a good life with his guitar, and music. ( Apparently he did, this song topped many charts, i bet the girl flew back to meet him already.)
His songs are mainly based on the love he has for her, and that she would love him even more after hearing his songs.
Lastly, there are many ways to get to the girl, if he doesn't manage to succeed in his singing carrer he wouldnt mind walking all the way to NYC to look for her.
In all, he doesnt mind how others judge him, her or them. So long as their happy together, hes satisfied.
